​ART STATEMENT

My art involves personal imagery based on memory and human emotions, which incorporates modern technology with traditional techniques, produced in a variety of media, such as painting, music, video, photography and books.

My current digital paintings are created on the iPad Pro.  Photo manipulation with Adobe Photoshop, painting with the Apple Pencil in Adobe Sketch, and applying post filters are part of the creating process.  The subject matter continues to focus on my daughter Ella (who I continue to watch experience a wide range of emotions day after day reminding us of how it is to feel and discover life); and family and friends who continue to play an important role in my life.
