Husband and wife team, Nerissa & Lito Vales head the NYC based group with Russell Hubley, Ken Fernandez, Katy Dauble, Phil Papas & Drew Wheeler. Phillip Eno formed in 2003, after retiring their previous project, Uncletoe’s Portasound.​​​​
