Phillip Eno plays dreampop melodies with textured layers, noise outbursts and heavenly vocals. Husband and wife team, Nerissa & Lito Vales head the NYC based group with Russell Hubley, Ken Fernandez & Katy Dauble. Phillip Eno formed in 2003, after retiring their previous project, Uncletoe’s Portasound.
